Summer Shipping
From late May through approximately the end of August, flowers are shipped with additional temperature care to help protect freshness during transit.
Summer shipping is ¥1,940 for Breeze-size bouquets and arrangements, and ¥2,600 for Grove, Forest items.
Local pickup near Takanawadai Station is also available by prior arrangement with no shipping fee. Please request via inquiry form or email.

We regularly coordinate deliveries to hotels for guests celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and special trips in Japan.
We can often deliver even if you do not yet have the room number

Can I order from overseas?
Yes, most of our clients order internationally.
Do you accept foreign credit cards?
Yes, all major cards are accepted.
Do you speak English?
Yes - we are fully bilingual in English and Japanese.
When do I enter recipient delivery details?
After selecting your item and proceeding to checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter the recipient’s name, address, and delivery details in Japan.
Will I see the flowers?
Yes, we send a photo confirmation once flowers are dispatched for delivery.
Do you deliver outside Tokyo?
Yes - we ship to many areas across Japan. To protect flower quality during transit, we currently do not offer shipping to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku, Chugoku, or Okinawa. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether your destination is eligible.
Can you deliver to hotels?
Yes — we often deliver to hotels and are happy to coordinate smoothly with hotel staff. Please use the hotel name and address as the delivery address, and include the guest’s full name and check-in date in the notes when possible.
Can you accommodate special requests or messages?
Of course! Just leave a note at checkout or contact us anytime.
